I structure private transactions — capital, parties, terms, sequencing — so that complicated opportunities become closeable ones. My work runs across four disciplines: real estate, asset-backed lending, energy, and founder-led M&A. Inside those, I am the call people make when the deal needs to actually close.
What I bring isn’t capital alone. It’s the relationships, the discipline, and the frameworks that move transactions others can’t. Operators bring me deals others can’t structure. Brokers bring me opportunities others can’t close. Allocators bring me access others can’t reach. I sit at the table where the three meet.
